Courtney was wonderful to work with buying and then selling a house!

I've known Courtney since she was a very little girl. Choosing a realtor was not taken lightly. I knew so many, however I was watching Courtney grow her business and the way she presented herself, shared processes, knowledge and love of what she was doing just drew me to her. My fiancé and I made this huge step, he had never bought a home, and it has been almost 30 years since I had and I was so young and a co-buyer. When I met with Courtney the first time she made it sound so simple and I knew right away she was our person. Was it simple, no, not at all, but she got us through and and kept me calm the whole way. She loved on our little boy, so we could look at homes and while we were making trips to and from our new home so we could discuss things and even got him a little gift at the end. She was amazing start to finish. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. We love and appreciate all she did for us in helping us choose the best place for our first home. Thank you, Courtney!

Courtney helped me purchase my first house on my own! It was extremely helpful that she could look at houses for me if I couldn’t get off work. This saved me so much time.
